A collection of moments, shaped by years spent walking alongside families through some of life's most transformative seasons.

This gallery reflects my years of serving families. First as a birth, postpartum, and conscious conception doula and childbirth educator, then as a women's health practitioner. Today, I serve as a women's and maternal health consultant, helping you navigate and strategize to enhance, not perfect, your life as a woman and mother. My dedication to advancing women's health remains the same, no matter my title, now expressed through consulting, research, education, and evidence-informed programs.
