Seven Years of Families, Research, Education, and Purpose

A collection shaped by evidence, experience, and the privilege of walking alongside families through some of life's most transformative seasons.

This gallery reflects my years of serving families as a birth and postpartum doula. Although my work has evolved beyond direct doula care, my dedication to advancing women's health remains the same, now through consulting, research, education, and evidence-informed programs.
